Delivery

We offer free postage for all orders in mainland France from 60 euros via Chronopost.

Two options are available with Chronopost for the delivery of your parcels:

- Chronopost express with signature

- Chronopost express pick-up relay

*Guaranteed next-day delivery before 1 p.m.: if you place your order before 4 p.m., Chronopost will deliver your parcel within 2 working days.
As soon as the parcel is picked up, Chronopost undertakes to deliver it the next day before 1 p.m., subject to weather conditions and any access difficulties.

Free Chronopost delivery for orders over €60 in France and Belgium

In France, shipping costs are 6.90€ by Chronopost. For all orders over 60€, shipping is free.
These prices are valid in France only.

In Belgium, shipping costs are €7.90 by Chronopost. For orders over €60, shipping is also free.

An easy return

If a product does not suit you, if it does not conform to your order or if it is damaged, simply follow the returns procedure detailed below:

You have 7 working days from receipt of the parcel to return the product(s) ordered.

The product(s) must be returned complete, unopened and unused in their original packaging (blister-packed for perfumes).

We will reimburse you as soon as possible upon receipt of the return.

3 samples to choose from

To thank you for your order, 3 free samples will be offered to you to discover the fragrances of the House of Jacomo Paris. In order to comply with the French climate law of 1 January 2009, we have decided to offer you a free sample of our fragrances.^er July 2022, you must select the 3 samples you want at the shopping cart stage for them to be included in your order. Samples cannot be sold.

We accept CB or PayPal payments. All your payments are secure and guaranteed thanks to 3D Secure technology and double authentication by your bank.
